Occultus or Occult means something that is hidden or a secret. It has always been the way of people who write occult in such a way that if you don’t understand the context, you cannot decipher it, but sometimes you don’t need to know the context the writer will guide you through the journey only if you willing to put in the work. And most importantly, not to take the words of occult works literally and why it would be funny and dangerous. To best explain this, I must quote a joke from George Carlin comedy show, “train is arriving on the platform” and now if you take this literally that means all the passengers have to jump onto the track. Common sense prevents people from taking it literally. However, when it comes to occult some people just lose that common sense easily and some are even more over-smart. Let us take both the cases, in the first case the best examples would be the plethora of kalki avatar running around right now in the world and all claiming to be such, which I must warn you not to play God because that would be blasphemy, but we are not here for that, instead we look into how these people take literally that someone who will be born will already give up his location and his parents name so that they can be targeted. It would be disrespectful for the composer or the author of such scriptures. Do you really believe any author of the occult will guide you so easily and explicitly that you will just go and eat it, I don’t think so. It makes me think of the aftermath of my book as well “The Laws of Karma through the eyes of a child”, now here we have a second category of people, which I call the over-smart ones who will literally bend the story of cause and effect into a love story and spin such a lovely narrative for years and they do as we speak. It looks so hilarious to think of something that doesn’t even exist but being pushed forward with such huge numbers of people. To be honest, I find it funny that they are making my job easier. Now, to avoid frauds and charlatans I don’t need to read their birth chart, I just ask them what do you make of the book, if they say it is a love story I just know where they are coming from. And if they projecting it too much, then definitely a sellout. Consider the quatrain from Michele de Nostradamus The Prophecies;

Century X, 67

‘A very mighty trembling in the month of May, Saturn in Capricorn, Jupiter and Mercury in Taurus: Venus also, Cancer, Mars in Virgo, Hail will fall larger than an egg.’

Now, anyone, even if not a descendant of Nostradamus, can predict or estimate based on the reference and context in the above quatrain, which is astrology. In the month of May, till 20th of May, the sun remains in Taurus and then moves on to Gemini. So here we have two possibilities: if the event is before the 20th of the month then position of Sun to be taken as Taurus, else Gemini. Saturn has to be in the sign of Capricorn, now these placements have to be as per the tropical system of astrology and not sidereal because Nostradamus used the tropical one. We know Saturn takes 29.5 years to revisit his own position every time. Therefore, we can compute the years when Saturn would be in Capricorn. Furthermore, the text notes Jupiter and Mercury in Taurus, and Jupiter revisits that position approximately every 12 years. Venus is in Cancer and Mars in Virgo. Hail will fall larger than eggs with a mighty trembling. That means a hailstorm which will be uncommon and that is why it has to be mentioned during the month of May. So we first fix the position of the slow-moving planets and then the fast moving planets. In the century 2400 (his work started from 1557), we look Saturn in Capricorn, then fix Jupiter in Taurus and so on and so forth and then we can arrive at the date for such an event. It may not be worth it, but still doable. However, there are quatrains where if there is no context, then it will resemble just like the blabbering of a drunkard.

The whole point of any occult studies is not to take it literally, but to investigate all angles from the point of view of the author. And the answer will always be absolute, no more possibilities shall remain.
