Deepawali is a festival of lights and firecrackers as well. It is a part of the culture, so the joy shouldn't be taken from the kids; let them burst firecrackers. If you are a grown-up, say undergraduate and above, and if you had your fair share of enjoying firecrackers, you must let it go for the young ones. In that way, the whole debate and nonsense of lighting up crackers and air quality or noise goes down. Dharma is never about you; it is always about the other one. Everybody had a choice, has a choice to choose their side of the equation. 🙂🙂
